CRISPR-Cas9–Mediated Knock-out of T Cell Receptor in Primary Human T Cells

Electroporation parameters were rapidly optimized on the CytoZap Scan. We selected a waveform that yielded 99% knockdown, 90% cell viability, and 61% cell recovery for scaling. These parameters were directly transferred to the CytoZap Max for clinical scale processing in a closed system without changing transfection performance.

Optimization and Scaled Delivery of Plasmid DNA to Jurkat Cells at 1 Billion Cells/Minute

Electroporation parameters were rapidly optimized in a 96-well plate in the CytoZap Scan. Optimal parameters were then transferred to the CytoZap Max in a series of scaling experiments that culminated in a processing speed of 1 billion cells/minute.
